HOW TO WEAR AND CARE
FUNFACTS

SCARF SIZE  approximately  9.5 " wide/ 70 " long-- 24 cm Wide / 177 cm long

THE ARTISTIC PROCESS

  • Each silk scarf design is individually hand made
  • Using natural white silk the artistic design is drawn by hand with a gutta resist.
  • With French silk dyes and  paint brushes the color is applied creating unique  color combinations
  • When dry, the silk scarf is steam set to permanently fix the color.
  • Once steaming is complete each scarf is individually hand washed and pressed
  • The Finished painted silk scarf is preshrunk and completely colorfast and washable
  • Each scarf is hand cut with hand rolled which may result in slight variations in the finished size

THESE ART PIECES take time and each are unique in their own way. I have made my best effort to show proper coloring of the silk and artwork in my photo
