HAND WASH in cold water ,after removing excess moisture with a towel, hang to dry The pocket square can be ironed on low heat to press back out. Dry cleaning is also an option

THE STORY BEHIND
Since the turn of the Millennium pocket squares have started to enjoy a renaissance in popularity and becoming an essential part of the outfit of high profile celebrities and fashionistas alike. As the working environment has become more casual, ties have been lost and suits have become the norm. For the man that wants to stand out from the crowd the pocket square provides a touch of elegance and style.
THE ARTISTIC PROCESS
Each item is individually hand made. The scarf begins in natural white silk with the artistic design drawn by hand with a gutta resist.
WITH FRENCH SILK DYES the color is applied by hand with paint brushes creating brilliant results. While still wet with dye, salt is applied to the silk pongee drawing the water into unique abstract patterns.
WHEN DRY the silk pocket square is steam set to permanently set the color. Once steaming is complete each scarf is individually hand washed and ironed.
THESE ART PIECES take time and each are unique in their own way. I have made my best effort to show proper coloring of the silk and artwork in my photos,
THE FINISHED hand painted pocket square is preshrunk and completely colorfast. Each pocket square is hand cut and edges are machine finished which may result in slight variations in the finished size.
