    FUN FACTS  
    • The first Piano was invented in 1709 by an Italian harpsichord maker Bartolomeo di Francesco Cristofori
    • The piano was first called gravicembalo col piano e forte, which roughly translates to "soft and loud keyboard instrument"

    THE ARTISTIC PROCESS

    • Each artistic design is hand drawn on natural white pure silk with a gutta resist
    • Using French dyes and paint brushes the color is blended and applied
    • The painted silk is steam set permanently fixing the color then hand washed 
    • Each fashion piece is carefully cut out by hand and sewn together by Lynne Kiel
